Foundry Boutique Terms of Service

By browsing or ordering from Foundry Boutique, you agree to these terms, subject to your mandatory consumer rights. Foundry Boutique is operated from Morocco and uses Shopify for its online store.

Our products

We sell digital artwork, printable PDFs, editable templates, and made-to-order apparel and accessories. Each product page specifies what is included, supported formats, choices, and any product-specific licensing terms. Photography may be illustrative. We aim to provide accurate product information and may correct mistakes before accepting an order.

Orders, prices, and payments

Prices are shown in USD unless otherwise stated. Available shipping charges and applicable taxes will be indicated before order payment. Orders depend on successful payment authorization and available fulfillment. If we cannot fulfill an order, we will contact you and provide any applicable refund or other remedy.

Digital product licensing

Unless a product-specific license says otherwise, purchasing a digital product grants a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal use. You may not resell, sublicense, redistribute, share publicly, or represent our digital files as your own. Commercial use is permitted only when expressly stated on the product page or in the included license. A download purchase does not transfer copyright or trademark ownership.

Physical production and delivery

Some products are made to order. Minor color differences may occur due to displays and production techniques. Product availability, delivery coverage, cost and estimated timing depend on fulfillment options shown at checkout.

Problems, cancellations, and refunds

Responsible use and intellectual property

Do not misuse the store, infringe intellectual property, or attempt unauthorized access. Branding, product artwork and descriptions remain owned by their respective rights holders, except as otherwise stated in a valid license.

Personal data is handled as described in our Privacy Policy. Shopify and relevant delivery and payment providers may process information to complete orders.
