Returns & Refunds

Foundry Boutique sells both digital products and made-to-order physical goods. This policy explains our general approach; it does not limit any rights you have under applicable consumer law.

Digital downloads

Digital products are supplied electronically. Correctly supplied and functioning digital downloads generally cannot be returned for a change of mind, except where mandatory cancellation or withdrawal rights apply. If your file is missing, inaccessible, corrupted or materially different from its description, contact us with your order number. We will help you obtain a working file or provide another remedy, including a refund where appropriate or legally required.

Made-to-order physical products

Most physical products are printed or produced after your order is placed. We generally cannot offer discretionary returns for wrong size selection, customer-selected color or a change of mind, except where required by law. Please review product size charts and options before ordering.

If a product arrives damaged, defective, incorrect or misprinted, contact us as soon as possible and ideally within 30 days of delivery. Include your order number and photographs showing the issue so we can investigate and arrange an appropriate replacement, refund or other required remedy.

Lost shipments

Contact us if a parcel is missing or has not arrived by its estimated delivery date. Ideally contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date to support timely investigation with the fulfillment provider. We will honor any remedies required by applicable law.

How to request assistance

Email futurefoundrybooks@gmail.com and include your order number, product name, and details. Approved refunds are normally returned to the original payment method, subject to payment-provider processing times.
