Foundry Boutique offers both digital downloads and select made-to-order physical goods. Shipping information below applies only to physical items.

Digital delivery

Digital products are not physically shipped. Product listings explain the download format and delivery instructions. If your file is missing or cannot be accessed, contact us with your order number.

Made-to-order production

Apparel and accessories may be manufactured or printed after purchase by an external fulfillment partner. Production estimates vary with product, stock, quantity, and seasonal workload.

Shipping destinations and costs

Physical items can be delivered only to the destinations available for that product at checkout. Shipping options, rates and applicable taxes are displayed before payment. Availability of a website market does not guarantee that all items can ship to that destination.

Delivery estimates and tracking

Any production or transit dates are estimates and not guaranteed unless expressly agreed. Where tracking is available, it will be provided after fulfillment. Customs inspections, carrier delays, weather, and public holidays may affect delivery.
